A Lab is a numbered experiment run against a real environment. It states the ground truth before the result, reports the result as counts — branches found, unsafe actions attempted, approvals that blocked them — and links to the exact commands, exit codes and output behind every number. Failed and unsafe branches are reported, never hidden. None has been published yet; the first is being produced on the lab cluster.
